We actively promote our network of retailers to stock and sell our products in New Zealand. Without them, there wouldn't be any kayak stores for you to pop into for a chat, or anywhere to look at and try on products.
If you want to buy any of our products, just contact your nearest NZ retailer and check if they have stock. If they do, they’ll probably be more than happy to mail it out to you if you can’t get to them in person.
If they don’t have your item in stock, you can ask them to order it in for you. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll help you locate what you’re after, either from another retailer who we’ve supplied it to recently or (in the last resort) direct from our factory. In this case the price will be the full recommended retail price plus the courier cost.

All orders are sent using International Airmail unless otherwise arranged. This is an untracked, uninsured service which targets delivery to Europe in 4-10 working days. Other destinations may have slightly shorter or longer target times. Details can be found on the NZ Post website here. If you would like us to use a more expensive service with tracking and insurance, or a faster service, please email us for details. The cost of our standard shipping method will be deducted from the cost of the more expensive service with you paying the difference only. Should a parcel take longer than expected when using International Airmail we will not be able to locate it due to the lack of tracking on this service. However we have never lost a parcel yet.
As with all internet purchases, the customer is liable for any duties and taxes on the arrival of the parcel in their home country. This may include handling or administration charges levied by the customs agency or postal service. We recommend checking with your customs agency prior to making any online purchase if you would like to be sure of the amount which may be charged. Our prices do not include any taxes.
Warranty and Returns Policy
All our products come with a one year guarantee for the original purchaser against faults in manufacture or materials. In the unlikely event of any problem, just return the garment to the place of purchase (email us if bought online) and it will be returned to us for repair or replacement at our discretion. Please note, as paddlers ourselves we can tell when a garment has been worn every day for 6 months as opposed to ‘just worn once’!
All products come with a handy care card giving details of this warranty. We also give you lots of hints on how to avoid the preventable damage that can often be caused to high-tech kayaking kit, and which can’t be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Latex seals are a particular example of this, as they can easily deteriorate if not cared for properly. By following the tips on the care card you can be assured that your garment will remain in top condition for as long as possible.
An online order can be cancelled up to two weeks after we've received it. You can return new, unworn items from a cancelled order up to two weeks after they've been delivered to you. If you need to cancel an order or return an item you've already received, please email us so we can make the process as smooth as possible for all of us.
We know that you may be wary of providing a company with any personal information, so we take care to use any information you give us in a responsible way.
